Required Information for Booking
To help us design and schedule your group experience smoothly, we require the following details at the time of inquiry:
• Preferred dates for your visit
• Number of people in your group
• Treatment(s) or spa packages each guest would like
• If guests plan to claim massage benefits through insurance (if any)
• Any special requests or celebrations (birthdays, bachelorettes, bridal events, etc.)
Providing this information allows our team to coordinate therapists and timing efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for your group.
Gratuities
For all group bookings, an automatic 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
This ensures fair and consistent recognition of our therapists who dedicate coordinated time and attention to group experiences.
Cancellations & Changes
Individual cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
Group bookings cancelled within 3 days will be subject to 100% charge, as we reserve multiple therapists and treatment rooms exclusively for your party.
Arrival & Experience Timing
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for all group bookings.
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to respect the schedule of all guests.
